With a vibrant community from more than 110 countries, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍøUniversity London has been named among the world’s ‘most international’ universities in the QS World University Rankings 2018.

µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍøis listed as the 33rd ‘most international’ in the world: almost 40% of Brunel’s student population are from overseas.

Out of a possible 100 points from QS, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍøreceived 99.3 for its percentage of international students on campus and 97.3 for the percentage of international staff – well above the UK average of 84 and 79.3 respectively.

µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍøhas risen 14 places overall in the annual league table since 2014 to rank 346th in the world. With some 26,000 universities globally, this puts the University among the top 1.3%.

µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍøhas also risen 12 places in the category of ‘employer reputation’ and 10 places for ‘citations per faculty’ – an indicator of the huge reach and impact of the university’s research in the international community.

Earlier this year, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍøwas also listed as one of the world’s top 25 ‘most international’ universities in the Times Higher Education.

The QS World University Rankings is an annual publication by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). It is viewed as one of the most widely read university league tables. This year QS have analysed over 75 million citations from more than 12 million papers, 115,000 survey responses from employers and academics and considered more than 4,000 universities before evaluating 980 of them.
